To ensure that you get the most out of your treatments we recommend the following:

• Please book in advance so that we are able to fulfil all your treatment requirements.
• Arrive on time.
• Arrive about 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time for the completion of the Consultation Process.
• There are no rules as to what you should wear during your treatments, as long as you’re comfortable. A robe is available when necessary
• If you are not totally satisfied with your treatment, you don’t have to pay!! Just point out the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
• A Beauty Studio Gift Card takes the hassle out of buying presents. The recipients can indulge in the treatment of their choice and there are no expiry dates on the Gift Cards.
• The Beauty Studio is open after hours from Monday to Fridays and open on public holidays.
• All implements are sterilised. Spatulas, needles, lancets etc are disposed of after each treatment and wax products are never re-cycled.
• You can have multiple treatments at a reduced cost.
• Cash or internet on-line transactions are acceptable.

FACIALS

Your skin is unique and the correct treatment for you will be selected from the various Avroy Shlain skin care range.

We offer a deep cleans facial for 60 to 75 minutes.

Eyebrow shaping and tinting is included as well as a heavenly facial massage.

WAXING

To make your waxing experience more effective and pleasant, you are strongly advised of the following:

• Avoid waxing if you are on Roaccutane, are sun burnt, have recent cuts or bites or have infectious skin diseases.
• Do not expose waxed areas to UV rays or hot baths for at least 4 hours after waxing.
• You should regularly exfoliate and use a buffing cloth to prevent ingrown hairs.
• Do not apply body lotions or oils applied to skin prior to waxing.

MANICURES & PEDICURES

• The Essie manicure and pedicure treatment is used. Paraffin dip is additional for these treatments.

MASSAGE

• Swedish massage that breaks down lactic acid, relieving tension and sore muscles is on offer.
• Refer to the pricelist for the various options.
• Lillian Terry aromatherapy oils are used.
